    I am writing in regards to my recent order 4611. I ordered 11 of your Genesis flash carts, and 1 PC-Engine flash cart on August 8th. I paid for it via PayPal, and waited. It has been 10 days now, and you still have not shipped the item. You also have not replied to any of my threads in the User Support Forum.

    This is not a good way to treat somebody that spent over $1000 in your shop. What is the status of my order? When will it be shipped? What is causing a hold up?

    Please contact me by replying to one of my User Support Forum threads, or by emailing me with my email on file.

    Gbaplayer here.
    I recently bought XG2Turbo 512M GBA flash cart from your website. (order #4586)
    I was very excited to get this package so quickly! And I live in Norway! However, the package was not complete! Not only was the cart cracked, but there was no software or drivers included in the package.

    I have contacted you several times already...5th time with this one!
    I am hoping for some type of contact from your part,
    but you yet to answer my calls for help.

    I am asking for you to please send me the missing software and drivers for my product and talk about replacing the cartridge or returning my money!

    I need help to get the software and drivers for xg2turboflash link + 512mb xg2 cart. I bought this item from ic2005, the item was delivered very quickly but no software or drivers came with the item! I've checked the net for these files but to no avail!!

    I am very disappointed at ic2005.com + EMS at the moment. I have ordered R6 Gold ONE Single Cart. That item were ordered on Dec 17th 2008, Order #4038. . I trusted your website when you quoted that the overall delivery time for EMS should be 1-3 days shipping + the packaging time. So I gave you guys around 30 days to deliver which I believe should be more than enough time for EMS. The date now is Jan 10th 2009, I have called my local post office and they have told me they have shipped the item back to you guys because you did not put a complete mailing address (CHECK THE POST CODE BECAUSE MINE IS NOT H4T BUT J1E-2Y7. Now I know I have put the correct address I want my products which I paid in full ASAP. If you do not believe my claims please goto www.canadapost.ca and use tracking# EB100489873cn and look up the info yourself. As a customer I feel that you have not kept your promise to deliver the good in a timeframe which you used on your website. At first I felt that I should be getting my money back as you did not deliver within the timeframe. ALL I want is my product or my money. PLEASE SHIP ME REPLACEMENTS IMmEDIATELY AS I HAVE NO MORE PATIENCE IN THIS ISSUE.
